Great fun for the children, a lovely sensory room too. Plus an outdoor play area as an added bonus. Friendly helpful staff! The food from the cafe was very enjoyable, though the chicken nuggets my daughter had were 'very' greasy. Disabled toilets aswell as baby changing facilities too. My daughter who is 8 year old has autism, she enjoyed her visit here😊 please consider changing facilities for older children who are still in pads, this would be so much appreciated by myself and many more I'm sure. A positive experience and would go again. Thanks..

Brilliant party venue. We come here a lot and decided to have my son’s birthday celebration here with all his friends. Our party host was Oscar and he was fantastic!!! From organising, to entertaining the children, making it even more fun. He sorted the cake for me and kept me informed as the party went on. My son Matthew had such a lovely time celebrating, I would 100% recommend this venue for a party and even better if Oscar is your party host. A huge 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you again Let Loose!

genuinely the MOST accommodating kids party venue ever. loveliest staff and made sure my brothers had the birthday party of their dreams. even when we asked for no pork in the food they replaced it with the tastiest substitutes, didn’t rush us out even when they’d closed and we were still getting ready to leave. if you’re contemplating having a party here DO IT!! we are 1000% definitely coming back.

Took the kids here and they absolutely loved it. The centre is clean and well looked after with more than enough to keep them entertained. There's an enclosed mini football pitch, slides tunnels and go-carts (for an additional pound). The food is good and very reasonably priced with lots of options. They also have gluten free options too

Brilliant. Absolutely love it, staff are friendly and helpful, play area is clean and tidy and big! Weve been a fair few times now, latest one today we had a groupon offer 4 children & 2 jugs of juice for £11 saving over £28! Even i had a go on the slide haha! Even when its full price i dont mind paying kids love it, theyre always knackered at the end and food is really nice for kids and adults!! Always recommend would rather travel to go here than any other.

We came today as a family of three children and two adults. Absolutely amazing staff and service from start to finish x we hadn't booked but there was space x the welcome was so genuinely friendly and warm and nothing was to much . I'm not sure of the gents who helped us when our youngest had a little injury due to another child's attitude. He delt with it swiftly and helped us with an ice pack and then approached the parents of the other child and resolved the issue with apologies and an amazing demeanor x also gave me info on a club for half term for the boys x amazing food top. The staff on today all need praise and a reward x definitely the best play centre in Stockport . Highly highly recommend 👌

Great play centre for children - really good facilities no complaints with that side your children will definitely have fun. The only issues would be the price - you could not come as regular as you could other play centres - adults paying entry fee feels unjustified they should at least receive a complimentary drink. Friendly staff but they seemed to all be hanging around the kitchen area, one child hurt themselves and not one staff member noticed, the parents left with a crying daughter. No staff was ever at the front desk on entry and exit, so coming in and out people had to wait as the release button for the gate is under the desk. The colourful balls hanging from the ceiling have NEVER been cleaned! 😷 Next time you go take a look on top of them they are absolutely layered with dust - planned on ordering food but didn’t because the thought of eating underneath them and dust going in my food put us off so went for food elsewhere afterwards. Overall serves it’s purpose for entertaining your children.
